 DESCRIBE THE ISSUE IN DETAIL (below). LIMIT TO ONE BUG PER THREAD.
On a 104/105 key layout for a keyboard there is a button between left SHIFT and Z key (for a QWERTY keyboard).

I can set that key as a shortcut, but it does not appear in the hotkey list, it appears empty. In another game the hotkey is identified as Key 56, on my keyboard the default for it is the < character.

My language setting is Icelandic, my Windows and AOE2 are in English.

+1 here with a Spanish ISO keyboard, the key < does not work anymore during gameplay. Completely gamebreaking with my set of hotkeys.

Same problem with Czech keyboard. The key between left Shift and Z on 105-keyboard can’t be assigned to ingame hotkey now.

Yes, patch today broke it so that button is now unusable. I was hoping for a better solution

Key 56 gets assigned following todays patch!

I had to reset it, it still showed just ALT- after patch but redoing the hotkey now shows key 56 (in my case < ) correctly.

Looks like this can be closed for now! Thank you.
