[Krakenmeister mod] Vanilla civilizations training impossible units when playing mod

Hi everyone.
Does anyone know why the vanilla civilizations lose their restriction of training certain units when I play the mod I created at Krakenmeister civ creator?
For example, the vikings are training war elephants and steppe lancers that they shouldn’t be able to. Am I doing anything wrong? How can I fix this?
