Xbox has a lot of crashes in the game that make the game pretty much unplayable. Sadly, I made a post over a year ago regarding issues on Xbox/controller Xbox Console - List of Bugs - Age of Empires II: DE / II - Report a Bug - Age of Empires Forum and most of the bugs have yet to be fixed.
