Since update when hosting a group or even just sitting in menus we (friends and I) have been non stop crashing to the point where we cannot even play a single match.
We tried a bunch of troubleshooting last night and nothing worked.
Wondering if others on console are having this issue?
Same here. There seem to be more comments on this other thread, will you add this there? Hopefully we can get enough traction for dev to see.

The crashes on Xbox should be fixed by changes released today in Patch 12.1.2454. If this does not resolve the crashes, please open a new thread.

Hey guys. It looks like this is back in the latest patch. Experiencing these issue again after with fixed on Xbox multiplayer particularly when inviting plays to a group or trying to do team games with a friend.
I feel your pain bro. This problem has returned. 
@aocashleylynn can you get them to look at this? It’s back and all the console players are suffering without being able to play together 
Ayyyyyer yo yo! Did you fix this bug team!? Can console players actually play Team games without crashing after today’s patch??? 
It is still happening to me. I can play the game completely unhindered solo. When I join a group with my friends off an xbox invite it will either immediately crash my game or it will some time later. It takes about 10-15 game crashes to get into a game. When it isn’t crashing me then I will sometimes get a xbox notification across my screen saying “out of memory” then the game freezes. Keep in mind both of these forms of crashing are not happening when im solo and do not occur while in a match. Seems to only happen while in a group in the menu or within a lobby.
