I’m poking fun at the possibility they were inspired by me. It’s probably just a coincidence, but if there was some inspiration, I’m making the joke that it’s my fault if the civs are broken. I guess you don’t understand my humor. It’s massively self-deprecating.
We don’t, that’s true. But like I said, I’m just making jokes about the possibility that they did.
I didn’t mean to, really. A lot of people probably inspired the devs. They just don’t talk about it because they don’t have an inherent desire to feel noticed like I do.
Everything I do is grating on people at some point. It’s not intentional. I just have a different way of thinking and behaving, and no one really understands it. I try to act normal most of the time, but when I become obsessive over certain topics, I overanalyze and end up just annoying people with my aloof and head-in-the-clouds demeanor. I really don’t mean to cause anyone any harm. It’s just me being in my own bubble like always.
Only some of these are ones I’ve actually come up with on my own. So I admit that there are much better designers out there. I tend to be very one-minded when it comes to figuring out how to make things unique. I don’t think outside the box very often, and my concepts end up being very safe as a result. So it’s probably good the devs didn’t go with a general concept similar to mine, as that wouldn’t be as interesting.
They’re actually not as similar as I thought they were at first glance. They’re very different. Now I just make fun of my own idiocy, like I always do. Insulting myself is how I cope with my mistakes and failings.
My attitude is entirely unintentional, and a result of my head being in the clouds at every given moment in the day. I don’t live in the same reality as everyone else, but one of my own creation, and that warps my perception of myself and how much I really matter. That will change as I participate more in the real world and less in my own.
Again, that’s just a product of my obsessiveness. New information tends to dominate my psyche, and I end up telling everyone everywhere about my new discovery. It goes away after a very short amount of time.
