FYI on my system,
Intel i9 10850K
Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070 Super (Geforce Game Ready Driver 456.71 which should be the most up to date)

I also already tried messing with all of the game’s graphics settings and re-installing my GPU’s drivers and restarting my PC all to no avail.

Go here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\AoE3DE\Game\Art

Delete ArtTerrrain and ArtBuildins and do an integrity check. Probably isn’t related though but why not

Turns out just doing an integrity check and nothing else resolved it. Thank you!!
