Hi guys I’m new to modding age of empire 3 and I didn’t want to change much but only one card that is in the Germani mother city, the one that allows me to train infantry and horse units faster, what I wanted to do is change the value of 65% to 100%, it’s practically instantaneous I wanted to know how to do it Thanks!!

Open the Data.bar file , extract the " techtreey "
Open the file with notepad ++ or any other editing program.
Press F3 , to open the search function. Search for the card.
Copy the code of the card
Go to /c/users/username/games/aoe3/numbered folder/mods/locale
Create a new folder
Open it, and create another one called " data "
Create an XML file named " Techtree_mods.xml "
Anything else that you need can be found here:

I would suggest making your header <tech mergeMode='replace' name="HCFencingSchoolGerman" type="Normal">
For the TrainPoints, they should be 0.00 not 1.00. 1.00 is 100% of the train points required. Thats why the original thech that gives a 40% discount is set to 0.60.

You have an underscore in the filename. It should be techtreemods.xml

I think there may be a problem with your file structure. Instead of uploading instanttraininggerman folder as a zipped file, try just uploading your data folder as a zipped file.
do i need to change the file name to data.zip?
I think it does that automatically when you compress your data file
