Mongol challenge not giving credit for completion, like, ever

Here is the problem I’m experiencing… My Mongol Challenges 1 and 2 both completed as expected. Waited more than 24 hours until the third challenge unlocked (15000 points) but, no matter how many times I complete the scenario, with scores from 15000 to 27000, it refuses to give me credit for completion and move to the next step. I have restarted my pc, logged in and out of Xbox live, and played the scenario so many times that I have stopped trying for speed and take the scenic route to the Teuton wonder.

Here’s how to reproduce the issue:

1. Open the game
2. Play Mongol Challenge scenario and score 20k or more
3. Despair
