For Mongols, they have the “Steppe Lancers” and “Steppe Lancers (Improved)” upgrades for Keshiks. The normal version gives +10% attack speed, and the Improved version gives +20% attack speed.
However, the Improved version gives 0% extra attack speed.
Note: Attack speed times measured with millisecond stopwatch. These are the real attack speed times, despite what the tooltip says. Engine tick-rate means attack speed can only be a multiple of 0.125.

- “Steppe Lancers” Upgrade: 1.375 [+9.09%]
- “Steppe Lancers (Improved)” Upgrade: 1.375 [+9.09%] <<< (0% bonus)
