Info on IU is not true or there is a bug that dont make the ability described on IU be applied. IT doesnt increase max hitpoints of the unit after being healed. I have the game in spanish
Probably is just a bad translation into spanish, if it doesnt increase max hitpoints, then should say:
aumenta el numero de puntos de resistencia que curan los monjes indios por segundo(67%)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. develop tech
  2. heal an injured unit
    3.see how max hitpoints remain the same than before being healed

hitpoints should be increased after being healed by an indian monk as IU says.
Or how much a monk heals should be displayer on IU

The translation is misleading. The original description in english:

“Increases the amount of hitpoints healed by Indian Monks.”

The spanish translation should be:

“Aumenta los puntos de resistencia curados por los monjes indios.” or “Aumenta el número de puntos de resistencia que curan los monjes indios por segundo” as the OP said.
