Do you think this will be too OP in Arena? They need to spend a lot of resource to get the upgrades. And may not get the 2nd mining techs in the end as they are too expensive.

I’d love to see scorpions more use. But then Mango needs to lose some base attack for not being the best anti-archer weapon in low to mid elo. Their anti building attack needs to compensate to off set that.
Well, it still is its main function. They are good vs cav and die to literally everything else.
What does an anti archer option have to do with an anti cav option? And its not like Hindustanis can’t use Skirms to counter archers, they have Thumb Ring, the last armor and Bracer. Besides the Ghulam is getting buffed in the next patch.
Because almost if not all anti-cav options are vulnerable to archer. Opponent will most likely to go archers against camel players. And unlike other civs that you mentioned, Hindustanis lack knight. Camel even for the old Indians with +1PA, was not even close to knight against archer, siege and at raiding.
I’m thinking about a land bonus as TB to introduce their terrible weakness against siege. Scout cavalry line +3 bonus attack vs siege.
