Portuguese - Colonial Militia card will no longer double TC damage, but rather increase the cap from 10 vils garrisoned to 20 for increasing damage. Reduce the number of minutemen that come out of big batch or increase price for each subsequent batch.

-Somehow change town militia card for ports only. Maybe put it on a timer like USA has, so they can’t call multiple batches from several TCs. Or explicitly nerf it for Ports only-- maybe make it so they have to send two cards, one for the big batch of MM and one for the increased TC fire

I don’t know what is the definition of “fine” in your language.
But I guess it’s definitely NOT because despite all those balancing suggestions there were always people jump out yelling “no Japan is perfectly fine if you want to touch anything about Japan you haven’t played the game I hate blocking people but I’ll block you because you suggest nerfing Japan”
