We honestly need to nerf ottoman, it’s not fun playing anymore. Mosque construction needs to be nerfed or taken out of their deck. No reason that this card reduces all of their mosque costs, even settler production costs. there is no way to play against them, the church cards gives them more units than any other civ, and mosque construction just makes it so that they can win 98% of the games they play. We urgently need a nerf to this madness, it’s been more than a year this op strategy started.
