Just out of curiosity, how add this wavy texture to the shields and how do you make the lighting effect? Do you use photoshop?

Yes, I mede a template so they could be made quickly， lighting effect is use Linear Dodge with picture3

For Kongo I think its better to use historical Kongolese shield and for Zimbabwe you should use the Zimbabwe bird imo

The Kongolese flag works but by using a historical shield I mean using one of the shields really used by the Komgolese peoplr ib battle since those look good.
Yeah I was talking about that whem talking about Zimbabwe’s bird, and both Kanem symbols I think work fine
