I agree with with video, the Vikings/Danes, Byzantine Empire, Japan, Spain(Castile) would be the best choice, I would also add Italy(Venice), Khmer Empire and Ethiopia. With Aztec Empire, it would not probably fit into AoE4 in practice, without navy and siege weapons, and I do not like the AoE3 Aztec’s concept with infantry unrealisticly having cavalry and siege weapons role.
