Where is the new content? Seriously the game is not worth to play anymore due to lack of new content.

On the contrary, whenever a new update gets released new bugs are introduced and the game becomes even more unplayable.

Aoe2 has the most content of all AOE games o.o
If you are not satisfied with it, or just got used to it, play another game from time to time

New assets (graphics) are a common request that’s been pretty minimal in the recent past. But apart from that, I agree that there’s a ton of content in campaigns, and a lot of MP/SP replayability with 45 civs and a variety of maps and settings. Would be nice to get more stuff in due course, but it’s not like AoE2 has a monthly subscription model where you should feel cheated if you’re not constantly getting firehosed with new content.

Based on previous content releases for DE, the new DLC would be expected by May. So you have 4 months to wait.

maybe for you. some might play the new civs and campaigns for a weekend, other will play them for months
it certainly takes months to make these DLCs

Funnily enough, two of my most played Switch games, Smash Ultimate and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, sat stagnant for years with no new content (3 years and 7 years, respectively), then they suddenly got new content again out of nowhere. So anything can happen.

Could you be more specific please.
While we have less than 40 official Campaigns, we have over 300 Costum Campaings and over 1000 Costum Scenarios and Maps, I personally have played over 200 Costum Campaigns (And that is only counting DE Version, we had a lot more in HD and Original. )

yes, i want. Empires you dont find tooo many anymore in Africa or SA. They should at least be able to build Castles and steel industry.
But there are many more in Europe: Saxons, Angeln, Bavarian…

Pretty sure people in africa used steel weapons and built fortifications.
There are better options in europe than these.All three are represented already by goths britons teutons.
