The similarity is understood.
As a Peruvian, I can tell you that… yes, it’s Inca, absolutely Inca.
The halberd is metal, and it even has the mold of an Inca halberd (Kunkakuchuna Champi).
The woman, on the other hand, has an Aztec headdress, especially the crown, which has quetzal feathers.
My theory is that she’s a character from the campaign and it’s related to the announced plot:
- Tezcatlipoca began “kidnapping people” from various corners of the globe. One of them, an Inca, is now in Aztlan and has to deal with a new region and adventures.
