AI is not using new technology Dali Horses.

I found out that the AI does not use the four new Imperial Council upgrades (Extensive Fortifications , Timariots , Pax Ottomana , Great Bombard ) AI just ignores them .
Malians
When AI builds Farimba Garrison it does not hire units (Freeborn Warrior, Mansa Javeliner , Mansa Musofadi Warrior) that are available in this military landmark, nor does the AI upgrade these units.
Also the AI builds Toll Outpost but does not use the Javelin Emplacement upgrade.
Also for some reason the AI only builds houses with a delay in Malians, causing the AI to constantly have population limit issues. Also the AI just refuses to build houses to reach the population limit of 200 people.

I have tested all AI civilizations that have this technology available and the AI has not used them once.

These are still not fixed, I see them in my game.

Btw, did anyone play vs AI easy with standard settings on Warring Islands ?
At this level, the AI seems like being stuck often in a process not doing anything else than spamming demolition ships forever. I let the game running for hours multiple times and the AI just do not attempt anything else. It seems as long as you have any military ship deployed on the map the AI will just send stacks of 3+ demo ships every 30 seconds (without visibility) forever towards your ship.
All triggers normally working at this easy level (like capturing a sacred site), that work on land maps, do not work on this map. The AI just spamming demolition ships forever. Anyone else experiencing smthing similar ?
