New Scenario Editor bugs since last Patch

:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED


When you use the Replace Object effect on an “Invisible Object” in the Scenario Editor to turn it into a unit, the unit that replaces the Invisible Object spawns with only 1 HP (see screenshot). This was not the case before update 81058, and is highly disruptive for scenarios/campaigns.

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

:point_down: List CLEAR and DETAILED STEPS we can take to reproduce the issue ourselves… Be descriptive!

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Place an Invisible Object unit on the map in the Scenario Editor, via unit placement or via trigger.
  2. Replace it with any unit type using the Replace Object effect.
  3. The unit spawned to replace the Invisible Object only has 1hp.

:point_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

The spawned unit that replaces the Invisible Object should be full HP.

:point_down: ALWAYS attach a PICTURE (.jpg, .png, .gif) or VIDEO (.mp4, YouTube link) that highlights the problem.

Second bug I listed is checked, it was a game files loading issue upon first launch after the update.

Deleted the report form in the original post.

Me and another player respectively reported the trigger “Modify Attribute” and “Replace Object” no longer scale up unit’s current HP correctly.

Might all be caused by the same issue since it is all related to HP scaling.

Sorry for off-topic, but could you please also check my report on the trigger “Modify Attribute” also no longer scaling HP correctly?

I am making a custom scenario that includes heavy use of Modify Attribute so I really want it to be fixed.
