XBOX account linking won’t give you the Age insider rewards…
You can link your accounts now, but it doesn’t recognize the Age Insider status.

The Xbox account linking is separate from Age insider rewards. The support page says that an email will be sent out after release with instructions on how to activate the insider rewards. Stay tuned!
