One of the reasons I thought of is that the time period of AoE3 takes place is quite sensitive to some people. Today’s companies are afraid of Political Correctness.
Of course, if it were a tournament of aoe 2 and aoe 4 go and pass, but it is a special tournament for the 25 years of the saga and they forgot practically half of it: AoM (which this year turns 20 years old no less), AoE 3 (which receives a new European dlc) and AoE Online (which although it is not very popular to say, it encompasses many of the mechanics of the previous games)…
Of course, to me the Red Bull Wololo slips me, as long as they continue to give content to the game, I am happy with that…
Yes, but the same the 3 DE yes or yes they needed to launch it,because otherwise it was going to be rare that they jumped from 2 DE to 4 directly…I talked to a lot of players from aoe 2 and there are many who liked aoe 3 and others who didn’t like it so much…
That is the most important! I agree!
As long as devs support the game and there are players playing it can always grow or at the very least stay on a stabile level.
Age 3 DE is the best looking age game, even over 4.
They’re afraid if people figure that out, and that it is more fun and has more depth than Age 4 it will hurt 4 sales.
I just don’t see the reason to play the game when you ow n AOE2 and AOE3 DE… and AOE4 is just much more expensive than these two games combined.
Of course, not even that aoe 3 has such an established competitive scene …
@ArrivedLeader22 Yes, very weird everything… at least explain why they do not put it or the AoM that turns 20 this year …
Of course, I have been playing aoe 4 since the closed beta, and if it were not for the Mongols and their mobile mechanics, I would have left it…
