When I go to “Tools” -> “Mods” to download mods, I get “No Mods Are Currently Available”

Tried restarting the game several times.

Go to “Tools” -> “Mods”

Normally, a list of downloadable mods would show up.
Since the last update I get “No Mods Are Currently Available”
