hey everyone and hello devs!
same for me. I got bugged. I don’t have the rewards from season 8. I also completed the event challenges. no rewards from them either. no log-in reward aswell.
I need the stuff… I am just a gold/plat pleb grinder

P.S. I can’t change anything anymore (monument, banner, or pic).
I know it’s in German. But it says that the element couldn’t be edited or can’t be saved. I hope the error code will bring something.

FYI, I’ve been missing rewards since season 6. Also, some rewards have been missed during the ton-o-toys event rewards bug.

I switched my account to my “Smurf”… there I got all the Rewards. The problem still exists with my main account. I get the exp for the event challenges (feast event) but still no rewards. Log-in rewards can be seen in the reward summary. still no Halloween rewards and season 8 rewards. Also, the Error Code is still the same.
On my second account, I can change the monument, pictures and banners. It seems to me like a problem with the synchronization.

Happens to me too. In I reported it, so there would be a investigation.

Despite asking so many times to fix the bug missing compensation issue, I’m still leaving it unattended lol
