the season is endling tomorrow. And now? How am i getting the last season rewards and the actual season rewards? Is this getting fixed

Hello, still can’t change my Profil, my banner, my towncenter bell and the list oft the last season rewards just only getting bigger …

I didn’t got the rewards for the last 2 seasons. It was shown that I get them, but I don’t have them.

All rewards, including login rewards, are still missing from season 6.
Before that, it also includes events. The problem of missing compensation is really serious.

My problem is very similar. I didn’t get the 7th season Ranked Monument reward, and still get the announcement of getting them and finished the 7th season, every time i Connect to the ranked pannel.
Please Devs correct this.

the bug is still not fixed after the update today (Season 9)… could you at least communicate something about it?

Thank you for confirming that you are still impacted after this morning’s Season Nine update.
Taking a closer look at the bug that was reported, it seems there might be an issue with reproducing the bug when testing out previous events and our latest Season 8 event, so a further inspection of accounts that are directly impacted would help accelerate a fix.
@Magges @GoldenArmorX @LeJulles @Lectar91 - If you haven’t already, I think it would be helpful to create a new Support Ticket and confirm which seasonal rewards haven’t been received (or you are unable to equip), and also confirm either your Steam user ID, Microsoft Store username, or Xbox Profile name.

I have encountered this issue too and have submitted a new Support Ticket, as per @Cobaltdragon913 request.

Accepting that this is just a cosmetic issue and it does not affect the gameplay, but it is discouraging to encounter it and it takes away from the fun of the game.

I think it’s useless.
I have already sent a request for consideration of this bug more than 7 times, but as you can see this bug is still not fixed.

That’s not all you haven’t mentioned the rewards for Eventing and also the rewards for Entering the game.
There are actually a lot more awards
I’m really looking forward to getting them, and also when I can costomize my profile again at the moment I can’t enable any of the cosmetic items because the game resets all the items to default

I’m the same as you. Too many missing rewards ~ Despite completing the conditions from the time of the Ton AutoE event, there are missing rewards

If you received the item normally, it’s common to receive it like this.
It is normal only when the word “reward” is marked at the bottom.
