One of the US (east) servers has massive input delay

Just played a matchmaking game on one of the Us (east) servers. Even though according to the lobby browser I have 57 ping to eastus, there was about a 3 in game second delay in-between giving an action and it being executed. Computer lag was not a factor. The guy I was playing was Columbian, so I assumed it was a south American server which is why it was lagging, but I checked aoe2.net afterwards and it wasn’t.

The game was pretty much unplayable with this amount of lag, and made the game ridiculous as 40 arbelest would sacrifice themselves to some skirmishers while you repeatedly tried to get them to run back.
