Not sure if this was reported already. Not a bug, but an actual hack. Check this clip :

That other player clearly says he will “break” the game, and then it just goes OOS. Can’t be a coincidence. So that means there is a way to intentionally cause OOS, just like on legacy.
Please investigate this issue so we don’t have more streamers saying “I really don’t want to play this game anymore”.

And while the devs are looking at possible fixes, that hacker should receive a permanent ban from playing the game.
