Why don't ottomans have horse archers

Shouldn’t otto share them with rus? I thought horse archers were supposed to be shared by multiple civs since they lacked the unique mark a long time ago

If so, it is not a proper Ottoman representation! It is like a Japanese civ without Samurai It is like a French without Knights It is like English without Longbowmen It is like Vikings without Berserkers It is like the Chinese without Chu Ko Nu’s It is like the Mongols without Mangudai! Add horse archer to the Ottoman Empire!
