Overwriting savegame just changes timestamp, does not saves!

Issue:

when i save on an existing savegame, it doesn’t saves the game, just renews the timestamp

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. save game on a previously save
  2. play
  3. save again there
    4.play
  4. load
  5. the first save will be loaded…
