I wouldn’t care that much myself. We should maybe bring enough attention to him, so that people who don’t want to play him just resign straight away. Don’t waste you time on this oatmeal-raisin muffin gathering his internet points.
Smurfing is a different issue. " Hesitation is defeat." isn’t smurfing, maybe " faking system abuser" is. And both of them can smurf even if the Elo system wasn’t broken.
You can report it in the “bug” section…
It is not like the system is bugged, though, but they will notice the issue if you post there, wont they?
