That is because ISIS is from the Bronze Age, and ISIS fighters are temporaly displaced primitives that think they can beat modern armies with fanaticism, and create countries by killing the locals.

I forget to mention this number includes the current once too so yes one more for italy(venice),for india main groups should be north(indians) and south(darvidians) bengals and afgans are nice to have.

Pretty cool in that case, but not enough Slavic and German civs. At least from the Slavic new civs there should be Poles, Czechs and umbrella civ for South Slavs (at best, Serbs and Croats separately)
The new German civs should necessarily appear as a completely new civ - Bavarians (Southern Germans). Goths can safely rename the Saxons (North Germans).

Honestly I think there are enough Germanic civs. I know there could be more, but they are represented pretty well.
