Well, I just look at the architecture set. The borders of what is Europe and what isn’t is rather vague considering how Europe is rather a sociocultural construct than anything else.

Not true on the first thing I think and the second thing is misleading considering the other civs we have in Central and Eastern Europe. Not to mention Indians include two diferent big groups that are vastly more diferent than the diference on normal Slavs so even just Slavs dont compare (if you include Balts and Slavs thats more fair)
Anyway we only need two to four more Indian civs. The current one isnt even based on an Indian medieval kingdom
