Priests wont heal moving units

Issue:

Priests can’t heal any unit that is moving.
Animation and sound plays but the target unit wont gain HP.

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. Get elephant (or any of you units) damaged.
  2. Heal the elephant with a priest.
  3. Keep the elephant constantly moving.
  4. Watch as the priest does the healing animation but the elephant wont be healed.
