Publishing New Mod just spinning endlessly

The game doesn’t seem to be able to publish the mod as after I hit Publish mod, the circle in the middle endlessly spins.

The mod is only 450 MB, I didn’t make that many changes, just tweaked a civs bonuses, unique tech, and changed their tech tree. Everything was working locally.

I’ve tried publishing on AOE website instead of on Steam but the Mod always has the exclamation point next to it when I do that and doesn’t work.

After 30 minutes, this appeared where it said Failed Publishing Mod, Error: Unknown.

Anyone have any ideas?

Found the solution, I had copied the en folder from the game to get everything I needed to tweak modded-strings, but I didn’t need anything else besides the folder structure along with the two .txt files. Removing everything else from the folder structure made the mod much smaller and able to successfully upload!
