I have created one more detailed description of a civ I really want to see in game (and simmilar civs) i.e. the Kingdom of the Kongo. Should i edid this thread and add it here or should i create a new post for that ?

Better be a mock Tech tree, since those are what is most important to a RTS game.

Agreed because AoE2 already has a lot of civs. 35 civs is sure enough and if we add more civs to AoE2, then there’s too many civs in AoE2 especially talking about balance.
There is never too many civs.

Actually there won’t be new civs being added to AoE2 because that’s not going to happen since AoE2 has enough civs and we don’t want it to have too many civs. Also, some of your suggested civs may end up being a problem for AoE2 for certain reasons. Now adding another official campaign what I’m cool with it and it would be a good idea to have some of the AoK and AoC campaigns to become reworked for historical accuracy.
That is the main reason why I want more civs, in order to have more campaigns, more civs to make campaigns more intricate with accurate diverse allies and enemies . For instance, I want a campaign (I even make campaigns that is in depth and historically accurate) where you fight as the Byzantine Empire, having Armenian allies against the Sassanid Persian Empire.
The more civs and campaigns we can get, the better the games will be for all single players .

It might be possible to add full campaigns not just for the Lithuanians, but also any other civilization that lacks a full campaign, as more than half of the game’s civilizations already have full campaigns.
