YES YES YES. We need horde formation. I am tired of get can’t keeping gate open because of stupid train formation system.

Yes please. This would probably fix a few melee vs ranged problems when units don’t try to line up behind each other any more but instead just move forward without wasting time.

Come on dev team. Do something. Also add somekind of group formation option to settings for villagers; so, it can fix idiotic path flnding of villagers.

Imagine if they added this with rise of rome dlc that would be awesome.
Now that Return of Rome is a reality, this feature being added eventually would be great indeed. Formations can cause issues as they’re not a good thing to have at all times.
