Requesting ability to change the font size for in-game text

I have my Alienware laptop plugged into a 65" OLED 4k/HDR screen, and am sitting 8-10 feet away from the screen. Now, I am a little older than I would assume most of the folks posting in these discussions to be, but my eyes work fine. The text is so small, that I am unable to read it from my location, and as such, I have no idea what I am supposed to be trying to accomplish. Allowing us to change the font size of in-game text would be a huge help for me, and I assume many others as well.

Yes I have to get right up to my laptop to read the text it hurts my eyes

My font ā€œcolorā€ is transparent and almost impossible to read. Iā€™ve searched the available settings and donā€™t see a way to change this. Does anyone know how to change this? For me, the game is not playable as is so it seems I just made a $20 donation to Microsoft.

Agreed - this should be part of the scaling, or itā€™s own separate option IMO

My game is unplayable - fonts blurry,etc. Opened a ticket a week ago in the Hub which has been ignored. Trying to figure out how to return.

Make sure you guys have increased UI Scale. (It in the game settings, this may improve text visibility)

Font is transparent and unreadable. Need refund or fix. Looks like this has been reported numerous times.

Increasing UI scale does little, if anything, to correct.

i must agree. font size is way too small

It does make it bigger though. The problem here I think is that the 65" 4K OLED screen does not support transparency very well delivered by the video output. The filling of the font is gone which makes it very unclear to read. This might be a specific problem using OLED screens in general. Black is black which means whole pixel off with OLED and every pixel is controlled separately by the hard and software integrated in the screen which control things like transparency. So many different things can be the issue here.

How do other games work on this screen?

Seems like you are using a GPU which doesnā€™t support the DX 11 feature set, can you post your DxDiag?

@Yelnoc19 He means that you click on ā€˜Save all informationā€™ in that DxDiag screen and upload that file. This doesnā€™t say anything.

I could have if told, but thought that the issue was DX 11 support when WIn 10 is DX 12

I could have if told, but thought that the issue was DX 11 support when WIn 10 is DX 12, BTW I runs AOM Ext and AOE HD perfectly, no problems with Call of Duty or similar either.
