You can copy revolt decks, which was I believe stated in the general discussion, not here.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

Go European (maybe even the others)
wait untill others revolt, my way to replecate was going single player turn on speed always wins, because Ai most likely goes revolution now its a guaranteed success.
Copy the deck and now in deck builder you have acces to the cards and can add on top of it. I now have a Dutch deck with 3 factories and the 30 coreur des bois card.

Not having a revolt deck as standard civ.

You can create some really op decks.
