Save game menu takes a long time to load up

Here is the problem I’m experiencing…
Save game menu takes about 3 to 5 minutes to load up first time. Once loaded it reloads quickly though why take so much time the first time?

• Less than 25% of the time / matches I play (RARELY)
• 25% of the time / matches I play (SOMETIMES)
• 50% of the time / matches I play (FREQUENTLY)
• 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Boot up the game. (while being online)
2. Go into the save game menu to load/save a game.
3. It will take a long time to load up even though the savegame files are saved in your PC locally

maybe loading all the saved files into memory and somehow check them for w/e reason. if game is not restarted all of those still in memory I guess so no need to be reladed.

I have the same problem in Windows/XBox, not Steam. The Save game menu takes several minutes to load, annoying.
