What is it?
The tool is a standalone application for Windows, which allows you to select the unit and outline colors for all eight players with a color picker. It will then create a mod for the ingame mod system, which applies your selected colors. You can disable the created mod anytime in the ingame mod browser. The tool is very straight forward and quick to use.
