Perhaps they regain the Inca roads tech but it gives extra speed to champi warriors
I think you’re conflating some things.
Inca had “Couriers” which gave 10% movement to eagles, kamayuks, and slingers.
Inca Roads is an awesome frank zappa song.
True it was called “Incan road-building” in AoE3 back when Incas were a minor civ (Quechua Mountaineering now) but it had a similar effect and both were obviously based on the real Inca roads.
Giving Inca the Macedonian Team Bonus as a civ bonus would make sense.
Allow them to upgrade their Outposts individually to Fortified Outposts that have an aura that speeds up nearby units. Especially good synergy with a Scout unit that can build Outposts.
