Old Roger’s Rangers Card can still be sent after the new one is sent.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Send Church Card
2. Send 1st Tech
3. Send 2nd Tech

The new Roger’s Rangers tech should replace the old one

I assumed that was intended. There are some other church techs that do that, and I wish the USA Pennsylvania church techs did that also.

Is it intentional for the 2nd Tech to send skirmishers and not the new rangers unit?

I actually think it’s a good idea to keep the original , but could we make it a little more up-to-date?

• Give the second one a new name (like “Green Jacket” or “Rifle Corps”)
• Let the second one also ship rangers and enable the guard ranger upgrade
