There are no DLCs installed for the game even though they are downloaded and installed (Graphics Pack included)

same here, bought from microsoft store. Only the main game without any DLC works.

the issue still persists. I want to play the game but I can’t, outside of the default content. I really want to play the Tamara’s campaign.

the Xbox app got updated several times but the issue hasn’t been fixed. I didn’t uninstall and then reinstall the game, which is what the devs recommend, not to uninstall/reinstall the game.

I’ve had the same issue since the patch. I’m using the Xbox app/Microsoft store.

Has anyone here had this issue on steam? They claim this bug affects Steam as well but I have not heard of anyone having issues on Steam. Is this only for PC Xbox app users?

From what I’ve seen, it seems like everyone is a Microsoft Store/Xbox Store user and the ā€œoffline appsā€ feature seems to be to blame.

It’s a shame what’s happening!

I tried toggling the offline app feature. It stays on or off for me but doesn’t seem to affect the issue. I agree it looks like a licensing problem.

So are we PC Xbox store users such a small minority that Microsoft can ignore this for over three weeks? This is a Microsoft published game sold on the Microsoft storefront running on a Microsoft OS. That this is the only version of the game not working is outrageous.

Are we thinking refunds?

It’s been approximately six weeks since this problem has remained unsolved, and it isn’t very comfortable. I’ve had the Game Pass for a long time, primarily to play the Age of Empires saga, especially Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition. Last month, I paid for the subscription but was unable to play fully. Therefore, I decided to cancel my subscription and purchase the game on Steam. For me, it feels like wiping the slate clean.

I can confirm the patch fixed things for me. Thanks to the devs for taking care of this.

If anyone from Microsoft is paying attention, I am moving on from the Microsoft Store. You may not care as you got my money regardless, but you’ll have to accept Steam’s 30% cut from here on in. I simply do not trust your storefront any more.

Good morning,
I noticed that the UHD graphics option at startup is always disabled and I have to enable it manually. I didn’t have this problem before opening this thread. Is this happening to you too?
