When Germany issued the card, the mill was allowed to train Settler Wagon
But the lack of a rally point causes the unit to be sluggish

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Choose Germany
  2. Issue cards for training Settler Wagon

As a villager can go to the place to act

Reduced the efficiency of the battle, you have to be distracted to assign tasks

Yes, and although not a deal breaker, it is personally quite annoying to have to select the settler wagons, basically one by one, to assign them tasks when they spawn…
