To click menu buttons while moving the cursor at the same time isn't possible

GAME VERSION:

• Build: 38862 (I believe this issue was already present in older builds)
• Platform: Steam
• Operation System: Windows 10

ISSUE:

To click the options menu buttons while moving the cursor is not possible, since the slightest movement will render the click useless, forcing players to click again, being steady.

DETAILS:

This always happens with the menu buttons when playing any game. Apparently the issue does not occur in any other menu sections, but the one shown below:

Can this please change? You devs already did this for the action command with secondary click introduced in update 38862.
