I donât get why they need to train them at all, itâs way too micro intensive. Maybe they should just get a free abus with every shipment?

Obviously weâll spawn them in a sipahi/abus banner from the sultan, a new ottoman unique hero(not enough unique stuff for otto) that acts like a shogun helping ottos army get more.hp. free with age up to compensate that otto merely has a mosque to increase xp generation compared to spains civ bonus

As long as that hero auto respawns. We donât want to make it difficult for otto players to micro them.

It has been shown how broken the chinacos are in this and many other publications, you should think/inform yourself better before giving those opinions that do not contribute anything to the discussion. I think it is one of the few consensuses that the community has reached.
For me it is abus guns, sipahi, and bosniaks. Late game fully carded i nominate Janissary, nizam fusiliers and azap as well.
The only unit not from Otto is bosniaks. They get the same promotion no matter if they killed a cheap unit or expensive unit. They get the same promotion after killing a strelet or sipahi. Thatâs not fair because against Russia, Aztecs and China it is super easy to get full promotion. Especially Chinese which lacks reliable anti cav.

Get good. Royal Horsemen suck, use pikes to win, or halbs. Or your own superior musks. You can just spam musks and win vs both these units. You should be able to pump out twice as many musks.

Yo lo que hago es usar espĂas contra las masas de mercenarios. Si viene con artillerĂa hago culebrinas o caballerĂa. Hay una carta para mejorar los espĂas pero es muy ocasional, tienes que estar muy seguro de que el holandĂ©s enemigo vendrĂĄ full mercenarios
Royal horsemen and highlanders in mass are really only a problem in treaty or extreme late game cause dutch can abuse the 2 extra free banks they now get from coffee trade without penalty.
Another unneeded change. How many buffs Dutch have received in a row??

I wouldnât say late-late game since then the enemy will be lategame aswell. Itâs usually a time where dutch is the only one age5 and has the best eco to just spam it enough to fill their increased pop and abuse Royal Horsemen area damage and special trampe mode. In treaty Dutch mercs will just lose because it eats up their coin in no time
By supremacy standards imperial age is pretty late late game.
Here we go again. Chinaco and the entire civ hasnât stopped receiving nerfs since DLC came out.
This is a problem of unit management, 20 chinaco seems very little but its about 4000 resources invested!
You would need to make about 40-50 regular pike to counter that ammount of lancer cav.

Its not that easy, if you run into a wall of dragons or pikemen the chinacos have nothing to do.
