Delhi feudal age landmark tower of victory doesn’t buff attack speed of Men At Arms. It is still not fixed in the winter update.

Thanks @VisceralClamp33! Should be some fixes coming for attack speed modifiers that aren’t quite working right. Appreciate the report!
