I have been unable to claim awards since the ‘New Year, New Age’ event. This includes awards from completing the dlc campaign as well as seasonal events. When I go to the ranked page I am told which rank I earned last season and it lists my seasonal awards alongside all of the things that I have earned but do not have access to. It does this once every time I start the game and go to the ranked page, and after closing I would have to restart the game to see the notice again. After closing the notice I still do not see the items on my profile.
I got an update from the support team and they informed me that the season 6 rewards not showing in the inventory was fixed in the last patch. I can see them in my inventory but am still unable to change anything on my profile. So I guess there’s been some progress with this bug, hopefully it is fixed completely soon.
Checking back on this reported Bug, it looks like it was not quite working as intended in the most recent Update, so it’s likely the resolution was pushed back to the next major Update 11.0.
