I have been a member of Age Insider Program, but in the game of age of empires IV on steam, my insider badge is unavailable, why? how to enable my insider badge in the game age of empires IV.
This is a repeat of another thread: AoE IV Beta Participant Forum Badge - #118 by Sergux5255
I don’t know or understand what’s happening but I’m slowly coming to the conclusion that they don’t care about awarding that badge. I’ll take that into account when participating in any future closed betas, and I recommend you do too

Unfortunately, I agree with you. At first I encouraged patience, but it’s starting to take a long time, and indeed it seems that the devs have completely forgotten about us.
Hold up this is still on-going? I had replied to this back in October 2021.
Did not expect this to take so long, but I have noticed that my portrait is also not yet unlocked.
Would be great if we could actually use it!

To receive the emblem, do I have to connect with my xbox live account, correct? because I can’t connect since the option is opaque and it tells me that I can’t connect when I’m offline (but I’m not offline)

I can’t believe it’s now been 6 whole months and I STILL don’t have the portrait frame or the monument unlocked. My account is linked from Microsoft to Steam and even to Xbox. How do I still not have these?
Is it really something to just spit in our faces when we were the ones who tested the game during closed beta???

Well, this simple and not so important “problem” is just a symbol of what is happening to AoE4: nothing!
It seems like MS and the developers simply do not care about this game and are not willing to do anything more than the absolut minimum required. Such a shame. AoE did not deserve this.

Yeah this is kinda nuts. Understand if it’s not working on day 1, but why even include this feature in the game if it doesn’t work and can’t be fixed even 8 months after release?
Feels like such a tease.
