In game > Profile > Coat of Arms > Edit > Sigil > Dual Fish is locked. Says āGranted for joining the Age Insider Programā. I was beta testing and am definitely in this program, so how can I unlock my fish?!

Hi,
I noticed the in game rewards for being an age 4 insider / helping in the betaās are still locked. I also never saw anyone with the rewards equipped. So I was wondering, are the in game rewards still being processed? Or did i miss something?
The rewards Iām referring to are the Insider icon, the Dual fish Sigil and the Water Sigil frame (Theyāre all 2nd in their respective menu)
they havenāt been unlocked yet, emails will be sent out when they unlock them.

What this friend said. I am guessing we will have some news about it on the next patch (fingers crossed).
Well the title says it all, i tought I am an Insider, in the Forum i could choose the Badge but ingame i cant. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for the help.

I am also confused by this lack of unlocking rewards.
To be honest, that was one of the main reasons I signed up to become an age insider, and then it doesnāt unlock, leaving me confused!

Hello everyone. It is true that several times I have pointed out the patience, but we must admit that it is starting to be a long time and we have only very can see no information at all.
Hopefully all of this will happen soon.
I think they (finally) git it on track that they shoud communicate with us better. Its now list public as a āknown issueā:

Iām not happy, (as you can see in the status of thet issue) that it was planned NOT to give us these achivement now. I kinda feel trapped too, bc. it clearly say, we got these status-portrait by joining (so it shoud worked bevore), and not after going thew hole datacollecting-process and than need to wait for so long - kinda unfair in my point of view and reflect the data/moneygreed bias over customersupport of microschrott? ^^lg
I joined the beta for the 1x1 season and didnāt receive the Coat of Arms, "Insiderā portrait nor the āDual fish Sigiā on my steam game. Will they be given to those who joined this beta too? When?
so i have the problem that the items for the insiders in age of empires 4 are still locked and i linked my xbox live account to my steam and age of empires 4 does anybody else have this problem or can anyone help?
PS i know this is something small but i really like cosmetics

So for me the insider rewards disappeared completely now in AoE4. Beforehand they at least showed up locked.

Quick bump and reminder that even 3-4months after release and āinsider reward handout dateā the system for receiving the insider rewards is still not in place.
I know you have other priorities over there but whoever is responsible for this: it looks so flipping lazy.

Yes I agree itās starting to get really long and the reward initiated no longer makes much sense if itās to deliver it 200 years later.
I encouraged patience, but they exaggerate
