Still asking myself where I can get the Insider rewards from.
I am an insider, I have played the game in closed beta and stresstest, I have my XBOX live account connected, I havenât gotten any email to get the rewards.
Everything I read here is just âInsiders get an Email after releaseâ.
Upon asking for clarification in forums or support ticket I got a prepared answer of the exact same. âInsiders get the Rewards after releaseâ.
The game is releasedâŠ
Does it mean the mails are still pending or did they get send out already?
There are multiple complains in the forums here about having no Insider rewards yet.

Hi @Keempf, Emails have not yet been sent out about how to activate insider rewards.
Okay I asked myself the same question. Thank you for the information. I worried, account linked, but no Insider reward.

I think this can be closed. Insider Rewards will unlock sometime post-launch and we will be notified.
So this means anyone who joined the Insider Program but did not participate in the closed beta wonât receive the rewards?
The description of how to unlock them within game is very misleading then. Considering registrations for the Insider Program itself are still open and actually requested by design of the main insider sing-up page with the counter, you could assume that those profile rewards in-game are for anyone who registers, since thatâs the only description it provides.
Quite disappointed to be honest.
I hope they will be achieveable otherwise, too. Still waiting for information. In my opinion they should really be available for Insiders in general or achieveable by future activities. Like it is in the description as you said.

It was said within this page several times already and links were shared to to associated FAQ page where it is explained.
For reference: you wonât get any as of now, if you did not participate in the closed beta that is. The in-game description of how to unlock them is misleading. Read my post above.
Anyway, if youâve joined just for unlocking those items, then youâve been baited just to join to the forums instead.
